Order Processing & Production

All of our items are printed on demand, made especially for you after you place your order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

 

Shipping Times (after production)

United States: approximately 3–5 business days

Canada: approximately 5–10 business days

International: approximately 10–20 business days

 

Your total estimated delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at info@stw413.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
